We offer a 1 year warranty on all jewelry. This covers manufacturing defects and issues with the material or finish under normal wear.
Our stainless steel pieces are water-resistant, tarnish-resistant, and designed to keep their shine. Our S925 sterling silver pieces are also covered for manufacturing defects, but silver is a natural material and may develop a softer patina over time.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, pulling, scratches, or exposure to harsh chemicals such as perfume, chlorine, cleaning products, or alcohol-based products.
