Customs & Import Fees
Rubylis is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply in your country. Customers are responsible for these charges based on local regulations.
Order Processing
Processing Times: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 22:00 (CET) are processed on the same day.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following working day.

Transit Times: Delivery typically takes 5-11 business days.
Shipping Schedule: Deliveries occur Monday to Friday.

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customized products are not eligible for returns.
Return Costs: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, Rubylis will handle return costs.
Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
