Do you have a warranty?
We provide a lifetime color warranty ✨ on our stainless steel jewelry.
We are confident that our stainless steel pieces will maintain their color under normal wear. If your item ever loses its golden hue, simply contact us by email and we’ll replace it with a brand new piece no questions asked.
This warranty applies to normal use and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
For our S925 silver jewelry, we offer a 1-year warranty. Silver is a natural material and not tarnish-resistant, but any manufacturing defects within the first year are fully covered.
